Depending on group size and arrangements booked, there is the opportunity to have a portion of the pavilion reserved for you. This portion, if you so desire, can be closed off with the use of folding screens/ room dividers. If the group is large enough we can offer you an entire room separated from the rest by soundproof walls. Every room has its own bar and barbeque island. For a further more detailed impression of the available facilities please see our photos and text underneath.
The Pirates Nest is located at the north end of the pavilion where the most barbeque parties, weddings, meetings, and company outings find their place. The seaside and the Northside of this room both have sliding patio doors, giving the option on warm days for two walls of the space to be completely open. This room has a stylish soundproof wall allowing for it to be separated from the rest of the pavilion. Included in this room is a bar made from beach wood, a BBQ/ grill buffet, a warm fireplace, and varying styles of high and low tables and chairs made from wood, leather and reed. In the evenings the industrial/ ship lights and the LED lighting provide a warm and congenial atmosphere. And when it’s time to party there is the option of a DJ with lightshow. On our terrace there are luxury chairs and teak wood tables, a large U-shape lounge couch, and various outdoor fireplaces.
This octagonal room in the middle of the pavilion has sliding patio doors running the entire length of the seaside view, with the option of opening them on warm days. This room sticks out more to the front and is distinguished by the quaint turret in the middle of the high, spacious ceiling. Both on the north and south sides of the room are wooden, soundproof walls allowing for the space to be closed off from the rest of the pavilion. This room also has its own bar, BBQ/ grill buffet, a warm fireplace, and varying styles of high and low tables and chairs made from wood, leather and reed. On the terrace there are luxury chairs, teak wood tables and various outdoor fireplaces.
The most southern room in the pavilion, the south and seaside of this room also have sliding patio doors. Unique to this space is our large, open kitchen, where you can watch our busy chefs at work. The large old beach wood bar, the fireplace, and the inviting lights, tables and chairs make this room a favourite for dinner. Also this room has everything needed to receive large groups.
From the beginning of February until the end of November, on the beach behind the pavilion is a playground. With a base of hard wood, this structure offers slides, buckle bridges, group swings, teeter totters, gymnastics bars and more. The playground is designed by owner Jan Klinkenberg and officially approved by Keurmerkinstituut. In many ways the playground invites children to challenge themselves with climbing, sliding and playing. All children are welcome to make use of our playground of course with the supervision and at the responsibility of the parents.
